1/2 cup dry red wine |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper |

1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried basil |
2 (6 1/2 ounce) cans minced clams |
8 ounces fillets of sole |
8 ounces shrimp, trimmed |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except seafood, salt and pepper in slow cooker. 2. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, adding clams and liquor during the last hour and remaining seafood during the last 15 minutes. 3. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
