Ingredients:
2 onions chopped |
3 clove(s) garlic minced |
1/4 cup(s) olive oil |
2 tablespoon(s) butter |
1 bunch(es) italian parsley chopped |
3 can(s) stewed tomatoes |
3 cup(s) chicken stock |
2 bay leaves |
1 tablespoon(s) dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
2 1/2 cup(s) dry white wine |
1 pound(s) shrimp |
1 pound(s) scallops |
1 pound(s) cod cut into pieces |
2 can(s) chopped clams |
Directions:
1. In large soup pot, med heat, sauté onions, garlic & parsley in olive oil & melted butter until onions are soft. Add tomatoes and break up tomatoes. Add everything but seafood including clam juice and simmer 30 to 60 minutes. Add seafood and simmer about 5 minutes until cooked. Serve with crusty bread. |
