                                                | celery, garlic |  | 1 quart(s) chicken stock |  | clams, mussels |  | cod, halibut, salmon |  | cooked sausage |  | 2 can(s) large cans italian recipe tomatoes |  | scallops |  | shrimp |  Directions: 
                        
                            | 1. In large stock pot, cook chopped celery and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes with all liquid. Add chicken stock. Add any desired seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil. Slice cooked sausage and add. When the boil returns, reduce heat to a simmer. Add the fish, shrimp, scallops and clams. When the clams open, remove from heat and serve.
