Cinnamon Vanilla Hot Chocolate |

This drink can be made with ingredients already contained in most cupboards, and is a soothing, sweet drink. It may be enjoyed hot or cold. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk |
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
12 g dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. Place milk and chocolate in a small saucepan, and heat on medium. The milk should not boil at any point. 2. Continue cooking until the dark chocolate is completely dissolved. 3. Pour mixture into a mug, and add vanilla essence and cinnamon. |
