Cinnamon Vanilla Hot Chocolate

This drink can be made with ingredients already contained in most cupboards, and is a soothing, sweet drink. It may be enjoyed hot or cold.
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
12 g dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Place milk and chocolate in a small saucepan, and heat on medium. The milk should not boil at any point.
2. Continue cooking until the dark chocolate is completely dissolved.
3. Pour mixture into a mug, and add vanilla essence and cinnamon.
