2 cups rolled oats |
1/2 cup coconut |
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
1 cup slivered almonds |
1/2 cup raw honey |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredients together 2. mix evoo & honey (and vanilla if adding) 3. mix all indredients together 4. place on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon (if adding) 5. bake at 300 for 30 - 35 minutes (stir after 20 minutes) |
