Cinnamon Vanilla Granola

as all natural as possible; baked
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup toasted wheat germ
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup raw honey
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. mix all dry ingredients together
2. mix evoo & honey (and vanilla if adding)
3. mix all indredients together
4. place on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon (if adding)
5. bake at 300 for 30 - 35 minutes (stir after 20 minutes)
