delicious cinnamon toast muffins!!! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 cup rolled oats |
1/3 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (optional) |
1 cup soymilk (or low fat milk) |
1 egg |
1/4 cup canola oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients til moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon sugar on top of each muffin. Bake in 400 oven for 12 minutes or until cooked through. 2. Makes 12 muffins. |
