The great taste of cinnamon is featured in this drink, from to to the bottom-literally! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon loose cinnamon-flavored black tea or 1 tea bag |
1 cinnamon stick |
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup milk |
1 teaspoon sugar |
1/4 cup heavy cream, whipped |
ground cinnamon, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Place the tea and the cinnamon stick in a teapot, bring the water to a boil, and pour the water into the teapot. Let the tea steep for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your taste, nd then strain (or pour) the tea into a cup. Stir in the milk and sugar and top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. |
