Ingredients:
1 teaspoon(s) fine sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne |
lime juice |
3/4 ounce(s) tamarind concentrate |
2 ounce(s) white tequila |
1 1/4 ounce(s) lime juice |
1/2 ounce(s) lemon juice |
1/2 ounce(s) simple syrup |
1/4 ounce(s) cointreau |
crushed ice |
thin cinnamon stick (optional garnish) |
cocktail shaker |
Directions:
1. Blend sugar through pepper in shallow saucer. Coat one half of the outer rim of a martini glass with lime juice. Then coat that half of the rim with the sugar/salt mix. 2. Add tamarind through Cointreau to cocktail shaker. Fill with crushed ice and shake well. Strain into rimmed glass. Cinnamon to garnish, if desired. 3. Makes one serving. |
