Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
1/4 cup(s) sugar |
1 package(s) 17.3 oz package frozen puff pastry, thawed thawed |
4 tablespoon(s) butter melted |
Directions:
1. heat oven to 375 line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In small bowl mix cinnamon and sugar. Set aside 2. One at a time , unwrap and unfold puff pastry. use a paring knife to cut the sheet in half lengthwise. Cut into 6 triangles. Flatten with rolling pin lightly. Brush with melted buter. Sprinkle sugar over . Bend the ends so they curve. Transfer to prepared baking sheets. Brush with more butter and sprinkled sugar . bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 24 |
