Hi! This is my first post. I really like the site and thought I might contribute, so here goes-a low calorie (depending on exactly what you use) treat that is simple and I'm sure obvious, but I love it. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups quaker puffed rice cereal |
corn syrup (or mixture of splenda and water) |
cinnamon |
waldens farm chocolate pudding mix (no calories!) |
Directions:
1. Measure out cereal in measuring glass. 2. Pour on Splenda. 3. Mix with a drop of water and stir adding Splenda till sticky and tastes sweet. 4. Pour on cinnamon to taste and mix. 5. Spread into microwave safe dish-not too thin. 6. Cook till hard. 7. Break into pieces, dip in chocolate. 8. Put on wax paper and freeze. 9. DELICIOUS! |
