Super easy, Super Tasty and completely different cupcakes!! Recipe as presented on local news program by owner of The Cupcakery in Knoxville. Ingredients:
1 french vanilla cake mix + ingredients listed on the box for preparing |
topping |
2 c. brown sugar |
1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon |
1 t. dry cake mix |
glaze |
1 c. powdered sugar |
2 t. milk |
Directions:
1. Make cake mix following box directions, reserving 1 T. of the dry mix for the topping. 2. Set batter aside. 3. Mix topping ingredients. 4. Layer in muffin cups, starting with batter, then topping. 5. Bake, according to box directions. 6. Mix ingredients for glaze and top the cooled cupcakes with glaze. |
