They melt in your mouth, are so eeasy, and be sure to make plenty! Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup corn syrup |
1/2 cup butter |
1 cup chopped pecans |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/4 cup cinnamon |
2 tubes buttery refrigerated biscuits |
Directions:
1. In sauce pan, combine the first three ingredients. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pecans and pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan. In shallow bowl combine sugar and cinnamon. Cut each biscuit in half and roll in mixture. Place cut side down in brown sugar mixture in pan. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Turn out onto serving platter. |
