Really yummy Christmas cookie. Ingredients:
3 egg white |
250 g powder sugar |
8 g vanilla |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
300-350 g grated almond |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 120°C.
2. Beat egg white and add slowly powder sugar.
3. Put 2 tablespoon of beated egg white aside.
4. Add cinnamon and grated almond
5. Roll out dough and make stars.
6. Smear egg white on top.
7. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
