This recipe is from Healthy Snacks for Kids. This is just like frozen apple pie. Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup applesauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Blend yogurt, applesauce and honey. 2. Pour into paper cups. 3. Cover with foil, make a slit in center of foil. 4. Insert popsicle stick. 5. Freeze. |
