A recipe I have saved in a notebook and put away. I thought it might be good with bread pudding. Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar |
1/3 cup light corn syrup |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-qt, microwave-safe bowl. 2. Microwave for 2 minutes at High. 3. Stir. 4. Microwave for 1-2 minutes at High, or until boiling. 5. Serve warm. |
