Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) warm water
2 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry yeast
3/4 cup(s) milk
2 tablespoon(s) margarine
1 cup(s) flour
1/4 cup(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 egg
1/3 cup(s) flour
1 1/4 cup(s) flour
Directions:
1. Day 1:
2. Mix warm water and dry yeast into a small bowl and let it sit.
3. Microwave milk and margarine for 40 sec.
4. Put your flour, sugar, and salt into an electric mixer bowl.
5. Mix in the yeast mixture and the milk mixture on low speed. Turn the mixer to medium speed and mix for 2 minutes.
6. Add your egg and the 1/3 cup of flour to the mixture.
7. Stir in the 1 and 1/4 cups of flour.
8. Turn out on to a lightly floured counter.
9. Dust the top of the dough with a little flour.
10. Knead for 8-10 minutes.
11. Put in a greased bowl twice the size of the dough so it can rise.
12. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
13. Day: 2
14. Punch dough down.
15. Knead a little bit to warm up.
16. Roll out to a 9in. by 15in. rectangle.
17. Brush with 2 to 3 tablespoons melted margarine leaving one long edge plain.
18. Sprinkle on about 1/2 cup sugar and about 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
19. Roll up to the plain edge and seal by pinching the long edge.
20. Cut dough with a string into 8 to 10 pieces.
21. Place on greased cookie sheet.
22. Let rise for 20 minutes. (very important).
23. Bake for about 20 min.
24. Then add icing
