1. Day 1 2. Mix together in a small bowl and let sit: 3. tablespoons warm water 4. and 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast 5. Put in a 1 cup glass measuring cup: 6. /4 cup milk 7. tablespoons margarine 8. Put the glass measuring cup with its ingredients into a microwave and microwave for 40 secs. 9. Put into your electric mixer bowl: 10. cup flour 11. /4 cup sugar 12. /2 teaspoon salt 13. Mix in the yeast mixture and the milk mixture on low speed. Turn the mixer to medium speed and mix for 2 min. 14. Add: 15. egg 16. /3 cup flour 17. Beat again for 2 min. 18. Stir in: 19. /4 cups flour 20. Turn out on to a lightly floured counter. Dust the top of the dough with a little flour. Knead for 8 to 10 min. Put in a greased bowl twice the size of the dough so it can rise. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. 21. Day 2 22. Punch dough down. Knead a little bit to warm up. Roll out to a 9 in. X 15 in. rectangle. Brush with 2 or 3 tablespoons melted margarine leaving one long edge plain. Sprinkle on about 1/2 cup sugar and about 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Roll up to the plain edge and seal by pinching the long edge. Cut dough with a string into 8 to 10 pieces. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Let rise for 20 min.
