A wonderful recipe to whip up in your mixer!
Ingredients:
2/3 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 t. yeast
2/3 cups warm milk
1/2 cup margarine
1 t. salt
3 eggs
flour for firm, but just a little sticky
icing
2 t. milk
1 t. lemon flavoring
1/3 cup margarine
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Put water, sugar and yeast in mixer.
2. Mix for 10 minutes.
3. Remove and put in Tupperware bowl and let raise double in bulk
4. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick, spread warm soft butter over the top and generously cover with brown sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll up, and cut in 1-2 inch slices.
6. Put on a well greased pan and let raise for another hour.
7. Bake at 350* for 20 mijn.
8. Mix icing ingredients and spread on top of the rolls.
