Cinnamon roll flavor without all that work! Ingredients:
8 slices of bread of choice |
4 tb softened butter -divided |
cinnamon |
1/2 cup powdered sugar |
1/2 tea vanilla |
water |
Directions:
1. Wait to butter the bread. You will understand why soon. 2. Heat up a skillet on the stove to med/high heat. 3. Dust the cinnamon onto one side of the bread. 4. Cover the cinnamon with some of the softened butter. 5. Place on the skillet butter/cinnamon side down and toast til lightly golden brown. 6. Turn and lightly toast the dry side of the slices of bread. 7. Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and small amounts of the water til you have a syrup consistency to the mixture. 8. Drizzle the sugar mixture over the cinnamon side of the toast. 9. Enjoy! |
