A quick little cake to make that taste like cinnamon rolls. Found it on Facebook of all places and wanted to save it after i had tried it. Ingredients:
3 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup sugar |
4 teaspoons baking powder |
1 1/2 cups milk |
2 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
1 cup butter (soft to the point of almost melted*) |
1 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons flour |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
2 cups powdered sugar |
5 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together except for the butter. 2. Once mixed; slowly pour in the butter stiring it into batter. 3. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. 4. For the topping, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. 5. Drop evenly over the batter and swirl with a knife. 6. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. 7. While the cake is warm ~ drizzle the glaze over the cake. |
