A warm creamy twist on regular french toast ! Ingredients:
8 frosted cinnamon rolls, with or without raisins |
1 small package cream cheese |
2 eggs, beaten |
vegetable oil for frying |
Directions:
1. With rolling pen press each cinnamon roll out flat 2. On 4 of the rolls spread 1 Tbsp (softened) cream cheese 3. Top with matching roll to make a 'sandwich' 4. Dip each one in beaten eggs 5. In skillet fry each one in small amount of hot oil 6. When golden brown on each side, remove to plate 7. Serve with syrup of your choice |
