1. pouch Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix 2. /2 c. butter, softened 3. /4 c. flour 4. egg 5. T. butter 6. /4 c. sugar 7. T. cinnamon 8. /4 c. powdered sugar 9. T. milk 10. Stir cookie mix , softened butter, flour and egg until dough forms. On floured surface, roll dough into about 1/4 in. thickness. Brush with melted butter. 11. In small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over dough. roll up dough jelly-roll fashion, starting at long side. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for 30 min. or until firm. 12. Heat oven to 375. Cut dough into 3/4 in. slices. On ungreased cookie sheet, place slices 2 in. apart. 13. Bake 11-12 min or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 2 min. Remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool about 15 min. 14. In bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle over cooies. |
