Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding |

Bread pudding is awesome, but making it with cinnamon rolls is even better! Ingredients:
8 cups cubed unfrosted cinnamon rolls |
4 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Place cubed cinnamon roll in slow cooker. 2. In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and nutmeg. Beat until smooth. 3. Stir in raisins. 4. Pour over cinnamon rolls, stir gently. 5. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or untila knife inserted comes out clean. 6. This is really good served warm with vanilla ice cream on top, or with a little whipped cream. |
