cinnamon roll dessert Ingredients:
4 3/5 oz. instant vanilla pudding |
24 oz. evaporated milk |
1/2 tsp. almond extract |
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
12 cinnamon rolls |
1 1/2 cups chopped raisins |
1/4 c chopped pecans |
4 t. butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 . 2. Lightly spray the inside of a 3 quart casserole with butter flavored cooking spray. 3. Whisk together pudding mix, evaporated milk, almond extract and pumpkin pie spice. 4. Tear rolls into quartered pieces and add to mixture along with pecans and raisins. 5. Stir together until bread is well saturated. 6. Transfer to casserole dish and dot with butter. 7. Bake for 1 hour or until knife is inserted and comes out clean. |
