Cinnamon Raisin Granola

Chunky granola great for breakfast, in yogurt, or over ice cream.
Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
2 cups oat flour or 2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil
2/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 -1 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Stir together dry ingredients (oats through salt) in 9x13 baking dish.
2. Add oil, honey, and vanilla and stir to combine.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes; stir in raisins and bake ten more minutes.
4. Remove to rack and cool, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
