Chunky granola great for breakfast, in yogurt, or over ice cream. Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats |
2 cups oat flour or 2 cups whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut |
1/2 cup wheat germ |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
1 teaspoon ginger |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup oil |
2/3 cup honey |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 -1 1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Stir together dry ingredients (oats through salt) in 9x13 baking dish. 2. Add oil, honey, and vanilla and stir to combine. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes; stir in raisins and bake ten more minutes. 4. Remove to rack and cool, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. |
