An old recipe that is still awesome! This recipe adopted from the Recipezaar account.
Ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup margarine
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Sift together all dry ingredients.
2. Combine with wet ingredients and blend well.
3. Spread into a 8 inch baking pant and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min until golden.
4. Let cool.
