I found this online when I was searching for a copycat for Hardee's Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits. I also add a glaze of powdered sugar, butter, and milk to the top of them after they are finished baking to make it more like the kind from Hardees. I didn't post the recipe for it because I don't have exact measurements, I just wing it! My hubby and I enjoy them and I hope you do too! Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick |
1/2 cup milk |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup raisins |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F. 2. Stir all ingredients together until a soft dough forms. 3. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle with additional sugar, if desired. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. 5. Enjoy! |
