Great post- workout recovery drink or meal replacement. Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk |
1 tsp vanilla extract |
1 tsp cinnamon |
1 scoop whey protein |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender with half cup of chipped ice and blend together to make smoothie. |
