This recipe was on the package of pork loin that I bought. I don't have a grill so I roasted it in my oven until the it reached the right temperature. I included the marinade time as prep time. Ingredients:
3 1/2-4 lbs boneless pork loin roast |
2 tablespoons cinnamon |
2 tablespoons salt |
1 teaspoon fresh ground white pepper |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 cup finely grated onion |
4 garlic cloves, minced |
1 -2 teaspoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine the cinnamon, salt, pepper, onion, sugar, and garlic. Blend in 1 tsp of soy sauce. If too thick to spread, add another tsp of soy sauce. 2. Rub mixture onto the pork loin. 3. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, can be overnight. 4. Grill pork over medium-low indirect fire until the internal temperature is 155 degrees, about 1 1/4- 1 1/2 hours. 5. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes. 6. Cut into thin slices. |
