My Kids love these tender pancakes topped with fruit, a great Breakfast for any day. Ingredients:
3c. flour |
1/4c. sugar |
1/8t. salt |
1t. baking powder |
1t. cinnamon |
1 egg |
2t. oil |
1t. vanilla |
3-4c. milk |
Directions:
1. Start your skillet heating 2. In a large bowl whisk together the first 5 ingredients. 3. In a separate bowl whisk together the remaining ingredients. 4. Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry while stirring. 5. Using a 1/4c. measuring cup, scoop batter onto skillet, cook until bubbles form on the top, flip the pancakes & cook 1-2 minutes more. 6. Repeat with the remaining batter. Enjoy with you favorite pancake toppings. |
