Ingredients:
6 green cardamom pods |
1 (7 cm) cinnamon sticks |
2 teaspoons caster sugar |
2 cinnamon apple tea bags |
500 ml boiling water |
2 tablespoons ouzo |
ice cube, to serve |
Directions:
1. Place the cardamom pods, cinnamon stick, sugar and tea bags in a large heatproof jug. Add the boiling water and stir until sugar dissolves. Set aside for 3 minutes to infuse. Remove the tea bags and discard. 2. Stir in the ouzo and place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill. Place the ice cubes in serving glasses and pour over the chilled tea to serve. |
