1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated |
1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, powdered |
Directions:
1. Combine everything in a blender or mixer. 2. Process until smooth. 3. Store refrigerated for upto 1 week or frozen for upto 2 months. 4. Serve on warm bread toast slices for a quick snack or brunch. |
