A good tasty cinnamon loaf that the kids enjoy Ingredients:
13 oz milk |
2 tbsp margarine |
3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup oatmeal |
2 tbsp brown sugar |
1 1/2 tsp salt |
1 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon |
2 tsp yeast, bread machine or rapid rise |
2/3 cup raisins or dried cranberries |
Directions:
1. Warm milk slightly. 2. Put ingredients in bread pan, in order, except for raisins/cranberries. Make sure the yeast and cinnamon are not touching. 3. Either put the raisins/cranberries round the edge of the pan, or wait till the beep sounds to add ingredients. 4. Choose sweet setting, 2lb loaf, medium crust. |
