Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
4 egg whites
1 teaspoon cinnamon
vegetable oil cooking spray
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup sliced strawberry
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine first 3 ingredients.
2. Spread evenly in a skillet coated with cooking spray.
3. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, flipping once.
4. Enjoy cake topped with applesauce and berries.
