Just a basic cinnamon muffin recipe from a Century 21 cookbook called A Taste of Class Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3 teaspoons baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 cup whole milk |
1/2 cup cooking oil |
1 cup brown sugar, packed |
2 large eggs |
Directions:
1. Sift together dry ingredients. 2. Beat eggs slightly. 3. Stir in milk, oil and sugar and add to dry ingredients all at once. 4. Mix just till blended. 5. Grease bottom of muffin cups or use paper baking cups. 6. Fill half full and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes. |
