One of many delicious latte variations that are easy to make at home- Variations: leave out the cinnamon for a standard latte. Substitute pumpkin pie spice or apple pie spice for the cinnamon for a more seasonal treat! Read more ! Ingredients:
8 oz milk |
1/4 tsp cinnamon (or pumpkin pie spice) |
1/4 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 tsp raw sugar |
2 oz espresso or very strong coffee |
Directions:
1. heat milk in a saucepan over low- med heat until hot - be careful not to burn 2. Combine cinnamon, vanilla and raw sugar 3. Add heated milk 4. Whip until frothy (I use a small beverage blender) 5. Slowly pour into your mug of choice 6. Add espresso 7. sprinkle a little extra raw sugar on top |
