Easy and different ice cream flavor. Ingredients:
4 egg yolks |
6 tablespoons granulated sugar |
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon |
3/4 cup milk |
1 cup cream |
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks and sugar until light and lemon-colored. Blend in cinnamon. 2. In a saucepan bring milk and cream to a boil; gradually stir the hot liquid into the egg mixture. 3. Return to saucepan, over LOW HEAT beat until it thickens. 4. Let cool. 5. Freeze. |
