This is good with spiced pumpkin loaf . Can be frozen up to a month, or refrigerated for several weeks. I've used low-fat butter/margarine with pretty good results. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. With a mixer, blend butter until smooth. 2. Add honey and cinnamon, mix well. |
