Low fat granola with cereal and oats Ingredients:
1/3 cup oats |
1 tablespoon special k cereal |
1 tablespoon fiber one cereal |
1 tablespoon cheerios toasted oat cereal |
1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
vanilla (optional) |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients together. 2. heat in microwave for about 2 mins. 3. allow to cool. |
