A great dip for fresh fruit with just the right amount of 'spice'.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream
2 -3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch of freshly-grated nutmeg
fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Whisk together sour cream and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and whisk mixture until it is combined well.
3. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
