A great dip for fresh fruit with just the right amount of 'spice'. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
2 -3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
1 pinch of freshly-grated nutmeg |
fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Whisk together sour cream and brown sugar until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and whisk mixture until it is combined well. 3. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit. |
