This recipe will cure any sweet tooth serving size 2 buscuits Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon |
1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated |
buttermilk biscuits, separated |
into 10 biscuits |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
10 tsp strawberry preserves |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine the sugar and the cinnamon. 2. Dip the top and the sides of the biscuits in the butter, then in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.. 3. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. 4. With the end of a wooden spoon handle, make a deep indentation in the center of each biscuit. 5. Fill with 1 teaspoon of the preserves. 6. Bake at 375 F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. 7. Cool for 15 minutes befroe serving (preserves will be hot). |
