Who knew you could make Cinnamon Crisps at home with simple ingredients you probably already have on hand? The recipe came from Mild to Wild Mexican Cookbook, and the recipe is fast and easy. My niece loved them, and 2 batches of these disappeared as soon as they came out of the oven. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 (8 inch) flour tortillas |
1 tablespoon water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. 3. Brush both sides of tortillas with water and sprinkle each side with cinnamon and sugar mixture. 4. Cut tortilla into 12 wedges and place on a cookie sheet in a single layer. 5. Bake for 15 minutes. |
