Cinnamon Cream Syrup

Lovely for pancakes,french toast or waffles.
Ingredients:
1 cup light corn syrup
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup evaporated milk
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions:
1. In a medium pan, combine the corn syrup, water, sugar and cinnamon.
2. Bring this mixture to a full boil over medium heat while stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat and cool for about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the evaporated milk, and serve warm over pancakes or waffles.
