Ingredients:
1 loaf(s) very thin white bread |
8 ounce(s) cream cheese |
1 egg yolk |
3/4 cup(s) powdered sugar |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon |
3/4 cup(s) melted butter |
Directions:
1. Flatten bread with rolling pin.Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, and confectioners sugar. In a separate bowl combine cinnamon and granulated sugar. Spread about 1 T of cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread then roll up. dip in melter butter then in cinnamon sugar. Bate at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. |
