                    Another great cookie for coffee and tea breaks!! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb butter  |  
                                                2 1/2 cups white sugar  |  
                                                4 cups flour  |  
                                                1 pinch salt  |  
                                                1 pinch baking powder  |  
                                                1/3 cup cinnamon  |  
                                                3 eggs, beaten  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cream butter with sugar. 2. Beat eggs with a fork. Add eggs to creamed butter and sugar. 3. Mix dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture. Chill well, for several hours or overnight. Roll to a thin layer and cut out with shaped cookie cutters. 4.
