Nice, light biscuit type muffin. From Hershey! Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose biscuit mix |
1/3 cup white sugar |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
1 cup cinnamon baking chips |
2/3 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Grease or paper line 12 muffin cups. 3. Stir together all ingredients until just moistened. 4. Divide batter into muffin cups. 5. Bake for 15-18 minutes or just until browned. 6. Cool slightly and then remove from pan. |
