This bread tastes like a warm-from-the-oven cinnamon bun-without the fuss of rolling and cutting. This is from King Arthur Flour Ingredients:
1c less 1tbs water |
2tsp vanilla |
1 egg |
2tbs. butter |
2tbs nonfat dried milk |
1tsp cinnamon |
11/4tsp salt |
1/2tsp. baking powder |
2tbs. sugar |
21/2tsp inst. yeast |
3c king arthur unbleached all-purpose flour |
3/4c cinnamon chips |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients except cinnamon chips into the pan of your machine,program for raisin or mixed bread,and press start. Add the chips at the signal.( If your machine doesn't have an add-in cycl,program it for basic or white bread,and add the chips about 5 mins. before the end of the final kneading cycle.) Yield: 1 loaf |
