Cinnamon Cheese Coffee Cake |

From Tastes for All Seasons by Crye-Leike. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can crescent rolls |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg yolk |
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Lay half of rolls flat in 8x8 pan. 2. Mix vanilla, sugar and egg yolk into cream cheese. 3. Spoon over dough. 4. Lay remaining rolls on top. 5. Mix topping and sprinkle over top. 6. Bake at 350*F for 20 to 25 minutes. |
