This bread is wonderful and sweet. Omit the raisins for just a plain good cinnamon bread. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups warm water (110 degrees f/45 degrees c) |
2 tablespoons margarine, softened |
3 1/4 cups bread flour |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
3 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast |
3/4 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select the sweet bread and light crust settings. Add raisins when indicated by your manufacturer. |
