Ingredients:
2 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) cinnamon
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup(s) non fat dry milk
1/2 cup(s) raisins
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
3 tablespoon(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) water
Directions:
1. Stir flour, inst. milk, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon,baking powder and salt in a medium bow. Beat in Water add raisins and walnuts, top with a mixture of 1Tbsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Bake in 375 oven approx. 15 minutes.
